Who we are
This site is operated by Noble Maple Consulting LLC, based in Vassalboro, Maine. Noble Maple Consulting LLC is responsible for the information described in this policy. “We” and “Noble Maple” below refer to that company.
What we collect
We collect your email address when you save your assessment results, and basic organization-level information you enter (organization name, mission area, budget tier, etc.). We do not collect donor names, client data, financial records, or any sensitive personal information.
What we don't collect
We never collect donor records, client personal information, financial data, or uploaded documents. The assessment asks only about your organization at a high level.
LLM / AI usage
The free tier uses no AI model whatsoever — your score, policy, and priorities are generated locally. Pro tier (coming soon) will send only non-sensitive, structured fields (organization name, mission area, budget tier, score dimensions) to a pinned model API. No email addresses or donor data are ever sent to a model.
How we use your email
To save and retrieve your assessment results, and to send you relevant information about AI for nonprofits if you opt in. We do not sell your email address.
Data deletion
Email jenn@noblemaple.com to request deletion of your data.
